Lokkhi Terra's debut album, first released in 2010. The phrase Lokkhi Terra refers (in Bengali) to someone exceptionally beautiful, but ever so slightly cross-eyed.
Championed by the likes of Gilles Peterson and Lopa Kothari, "NO VISA REQUIRED' is an eclectic caling card, with recordings covering the period of the projects' conception in Cuba in the late 90's, to it's realization in London in the early 00's. "Effortless" BBC radio 3
Featured on the compilation "India Now", and in the feature film "Everywhere and Nowhere" (Arena Films), and trailer "Finding Bangladesh", the album involves over 40 musicians from around the world, recorded in Dhaka, Havana, Rio and London.
